A Multi-Layered Artistic Journey
I've been a creative soul all my life. Since the time I could pick up a crayon and use my parents' egg shell colored walls as my canvas I knew I was born to be an artist. It helped I had/have creative relatives on both sides of my family, my uncle on my mom's side is a prolific watercolor painter, and my grandmother on my dad's side was a Master Acrylic painter and taught classes all over the world in her whimsical/folklore like style. My artistic endeavors have taken many shapes over the years, evolving from graphic design to metal smithing to fluid art, and beyond.

2023 was a chaotic year with ending a 5 year job in the oil and gas industry, moving from Oklahoma to Missouri, and starting a whole new life (I moved from a large city to a small town and boy is it a change!) I decided 2024 was the year I was going to set out to create a new career to go along with my new home. I wanted to do something that I could merge all of my creative outlets into one and so Ferril Artiques was born.
